When you are about to transfer from one home to another, you have to make sure that you don’t forget the essentials. You might let go of the others, but some really have to stay. Now, when you are just about to leave a lot of things, you suddenly saw your Karastan area rugs. Though it has been with you for quite some time, you still wanted to keep them. You have also invested a lot on them, so your decision to just bring them along with you as you move is perfectly fine. However, just before you actually move, your problem now is on how to keep the rugs on the luggage without actually destroying them. Read on and some tips are written in this article.

First of all, you have to make sure that the rug is clean. If you want to move, you have to start from something new. Of course, you don’t want to bring the dust and dirt from your old house with you. Besides, if you are to place these rugs along with some other things that you have, you don’t want them to get very dirty.

After cleaning, it is now time to get the rugs and place them in a bag or any container that will fit it. If it cannot fit, never fold the rugs. Instead, you just have to roll it so that it won’t occupy much space. When you open the rugs again, there will be no lines and curves.

Now, if you have decided to keep your rugs for a while, make sure that you keep them in a safe place. If possible, keep it along with other rugs only. Don’t place it with some other cleaning materials that you have. You also have to do the rolling when storing the rugs to save space.

With all these techniques done, for sure you will keep your rugs for long no matter where you may go.
